1.Deliveries: Portugal and Europe

1.1. Portugal (indicative):

• Mainland: 3–10 business days (Standard); up to 3 business days (Express, where available)

• Autonomous Regions (Madeira/Azores): 3–10 business days (Standard); Express subject to availability

1.2. Europe (indicative):

• Standard: 4–10 business days (EU/EEA), depending on country, carrier, and shipping option

• Express: up to 4 business days, subject to availability

1.3. Timeframes are counted from dispatch, in business days, and may vary during peak periods (e.g., campaigns, Christmas) and due to external conditions (weather, strikes).

1.4. Customer-related delivery failures (incorrect address, repeated absence) may result in a new delivery attempt with additional costs.
