Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

• The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without needing to provide a reason, under Decree-Law No. 24/2014. The request is considered timely if sent before the deadline. It may be submitted via a clear statement (email) or through the standard form on this page.
  Requests sent electronically (email or form) will receive confirmation of receipt within 24 hours.
• Exception for health/hygiene reasons (seal)
  For intimate products, the packaging includes an inviolable hygiene seal. If the seal is opened after delivery, the legal exception applies: the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. As long as the seal remains intact, withdrawal is possible.
• Conditions and options when withdrawal is applicable:
  With the hygiene seal intact, the customer may choose between:
  • Refund of the amount paid; or
  • Exchange for another size/variant of equal value (any price differences will be
  adjusted before reshipping).
  In both cases, accessories and packaging must be returned in proper condition to allow
  verification of the seal integrity and transport.
• Return costs are generally borne by the customer, except in cases of shipping error or defective product. The refund is processed using the same payment method after receipt and verification. The company may withhold the refund until the goods are received or proof of return is provided.
• Double packs (single seal)
  Opening the seal of the pack results in the loss of the right of withdrawal for the entire pack.
