1. Preparation: Wash your hands thoroughly and sterilise the cup at the start and end of the cycle. After each use, simply wash it with soap and water.
2. Insertion: Find the correct position, fold the cup (into a U-shape, spout shape or 7-shape) and insert it in a comfortable position. Allow it to open naturally to create a seal. You can wear it for up to 12 hours.
3. Removal: Relax, gently squeeze the base to release the vacuum, and remove it carefully.
4. Reuse: Empty it, wash it, and itās ready to use again.
5. Sterilisation: at the end of the cycle, immerse the cup in boiling water for 4ā5 minutes.
