Always release the vacuum before removing the cup and follow the instructions for use. Use only during menstruation.
For cleaning, use only potable water — never chemical products. Sterilize by placing the cup in boiling water for 4–5 minutes.
Remove the cup after 12 hours of use to avoid the risk of toxic shock syndrome. If the cup is damaged, replace it immediately.
Warning symptoms: If you experience burning, irritation, inflammation, pain, a burning sensation or discomfort when urinating, remove the cup and consult a doctor.

1. Wash your hands and sterilise the cup at the beginning and end of your cycle, washing it with soap and water after each use.
2. Identify the correct orientation of the cup, fold it (into a U, spout, or 7 shape), and insert it in a comfortable position, allowing it to open to create a vacuum. You can use it for up to 12 hours.
3. To remove, relax, squeeze the base to break the vacuum and pull gently.
4. Empty, wash and reuse.

Legal warranty: covers manufacturing defects (DL 84/2021).
Right of withdrawal (14 days): applies only if the external hygiene seal remains intact after delivery. When applicable, it requires all accessories and packaging in appropriate condition, without washing, sterilization or use.
Health and hygiene exception: opening the seal after delivery results in loss of the right of withdrawal.
Double packs (single seal): opening the pack seal results in loss of the withdrawal right for the entire pack.
