The GIOCUP® menstrual cup adapts to your body for greater comfort. It was created to tell every woman that she is special and deserves to feel good during her period. It is reusable: under normal conditions and with proper care, it lasts up to 10 years and replaces years of disposable pads and tampons. Designed and made in Portugal, in Batalha, in a controlled cleanroom.

HOW TO USE

1. Wash your hands and boil the cup for 4 to 5 minutes at the start and end of your cycle, washing it with water and soap after each use.

2. Find the correct orientation of the cup, fold it (U, punch-down or 7 fold) and insert it in a comfortable position, letting it open to create a seal. You can wear it for up to 12 hours.

3. To remove it, relax, squeeze the base to release the seal and pull gently.

4. Empty, wash and use again.

Preparation

Find the fingerprint mark and turn it to face forward. Wash your hands well and boil the cup for 4 to 5 minutes at the start and end of your cycle. After each use, simply wash it with water and soap.
